In my research I have an ancestor named Amos Johnson Jr. — son of Amos Johnson Sr. and Vivian Emmerson. I have Amos Johnson’s death certificate and also Amos and Vivian’s divorce record. Vivian is from Bunceton, MO. Trying to sort out the Amos’ is a little confusing.. you have another Amos died in 70s. Amos Johnson Jr. is named Amos Lang Johnson. Amos’ grandmother (Vivian’s mother) was Luella Lang. I found Luella last married to Frank Slade in 1920. Mr. Slade died in 1923 and I can’t find Luella (called Lulu on the 1920 census) after 1920. I would like to find a living descendent of Amos Johnson. I assume Amos Johnson (who died in 1955) remarried after Vivivan? But I do not know this for sure. I would definitely like to find obituaries.
